Services

Management services

Full technical, crew and commercial management under one accountable team — built around transparent reporting and owner-aligned cost control.

01

Technical Management

Class-approved planned maintenance, condition monitoring and budget discipline — the core of keeping a ship earning.

Learn more

A named superintendent is assigned to each vessel and attends her at least twice a year, plus every dry-docking and major repair. Between attendances the ship is managed through a class-approved planned maintenance system, monthly machinery performance review, lube oil and vibration trending, and a defect register that nothing drops out of.

  • Dedicated superintendent and minimum two attendances per year
  • Class-approved PMS with condition-based maintenance
  • Monthly OPEX reporting against bottom-up budget
  • Defect and deficiency register tracked to closure
  • Survey, class and statutory certificate management
  • Spare parts strategy and critical-equipment redundancy review
02

Crew Management

Directly employed officers and ratings, planned reliefs and wages paid on time — every time.

Learn more

We recruit, train, employ and pay our seafarers directly through crewing offices and partners in China, the Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar. Contracts follow MLC 2006 and the applicable CBA, wages are paid on a fixed monthly cycle through a Singapore-administered payroll, and allotments reach families on schedule.

  • Direct employment, no labour brokers in the chain
  • MLC 2006 compliant contracts, wages and welfare
  • Relief dates confirmed three months in advance
  • Training matrix, simulator and upgrading courses funded
  • Rest-hour and certificate compliance monitoring
  • Cadet programme with a documented path to command

  • Port agency appointment and disbursement account control
  • Charterparty review support and warranty compliance
  • Post-fixture operations reporting to owners and charterers

Newbuilding & Conversion Supervision

Site teams at the yard from steel cutting to delivery, protecting specification, schedule and residual value.

Learn more

We place a resident site team at the shipyard covering hull, machinery, outfitting and electrical, supported ashore by plan approval review and maker-list negotiation. The brief is simple: the ship you pay for is the ship you receive, and it is a ship we would be willing to manage afterwards.

  • Plan approval and maker-list review before steel cutting
  • Resident site team: hull, machinery, outfitting, electrical
  • Weekly progress, photo and non-conformity reporting
  • Sea trial, gas trial and delivery protocol attendance
  • Punch-list close-out and warranty claim management
  • Crew familiarisation and first-voyage support

HSEQ & Vetting Assurance

An ISM system written to be used at sea, and inspection readiness that holds up in any port.

Learn more

The safety management system is certified to the ISM Code and integrated with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. It is deliberately short: procedures that a duty officer can actually follow at 03:00, checklists owned by the person who signs them, and findings tracked to closure with a name and a date against each one.

  • ISM certified SMS integrated with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001
  • 24/7 DPA hotline and annual full-scale emergency exercise
  • SIRE 2.0, RightShip and charterer vetting preparation
  • Near-miss reporting culture with fleet-wide lessons learned
  • CII, EEXI and MARPOL Annex I–VI compliance monitoring
  • IMO-aligned cyber risk management for shipboard systems
06

Procurement & Supply Chain

Tendered, benchmarked and auditable purchasing — owners see the trail behind every invoice.

Learn more

Spares, stores, lubricants and services are purchased through a controlled requisition workflow with a minimum of three quotations above threshold. Prices are benchmarked against fleet history, and owner nominated suppliers are honoured without margin.

  • Controlled requisition workflow with three-quote rule
  • Price benchmarking against fleet purchase history
  • Owner nominated suppliers passed through at cost
  • Per-vessel critical spare inventory levels
  • Lube oil, chemicals and gas supply agreements
  • Port-by-port delivery coordination and customs clearance
07

Dry-docking & Project Management

Specification, tender, site supervision and cost control — docked on time and on budget.

Learn more

Dry-docking starts twelve months out with a specification built from the defect register, class survey status and the owner's intentions for the asset. We tender to pre-qualified yards, negotiate the repair list line by line and place a project superintendent on site for the full docking.

  • Docking specification from defect register and survey status
  • Tender to pre-qualified yards with line-by-line negotiation
  • Full-time project superintendent on site
  • Daily cost, growth-work and progress reporting
  • Coating, BWTS retrofit and energy-saving device projects
  • Final account audit and warranty follow-up
